03/17 - Larry Fong
Yep, shot the breeze with the guy the next day not knowing who he was. Oops!
True story. Met the director of Lost, Transformers, Star Trek, and Super 8 while working on set at his production company.
Special thanks to Jacqui for being super excited about her brand new instant film camera and letting me (read: semi-forcing me) to take a picture with it for her scrapbook.
Not that kind of buzz, unfortunately. This is me on the eve of my birthday.
Didn't turn out as polished as I'd like... I experimented with Photoshop brushes. Speed lines WOOOSH!
(Yes, this is late. I added quotes to the date to show it wasn't made on time. I'm going to be playing catch up these next couple entries. Expect to see multiple submissions per day until I'm caught up!)
Based on an idea by Nicki:
Parents and I dim-sumed today. I had a brief moment when I envisioned the pushcart people battling over who got which cart.
Yeah I wasn't quite sure where I was going with this one. It looked a little like Psyduck though, so...
More work doodling... I've been getting busier and busier at working, so please excuse the sloppiness. :(
Everyone couldn't down the daiquiri drinks as fast as Poon could. He was the man.
I asked Jacqui to give me something completely random to draw, so she suggested a "cat in pasta" and proudly walked away.
Little does she know, it isn't quite as random as she thinks it is.
I scribbled a couple more at work, but I like this one the most.. even if the image is a bit simple.
